The staff here is absolutely amazing and kind; they communicated very well to make sure my late check in process was easy and always made sure we were happy with our stay.
The room was clean and smelled lovely, it is an absolutely beautiful property and the pool is very nice, clean and warm. The room has everything you need including a hair dryer, beach towels, etc.
The location is great, whether you choose to walk or take a grab to the beach. I think bingin beach was only 15-20 minutes walking...

This was the best Villa I have ever stayed at, the staff were very nice and accommodating I will miss them, they went above and beyond and made sure everything was good. They also replied very fast whenever we needed anything. The Villa was very nice and spacious and the pool was lovely, it wasn’t heated but with the weather it was good enough. There are some small ants or bugs around the Villa but we are in Bali so. The breakfast was amazing and had different options. Each room had multiple air...

The staff we're very communicative, we got stuck in Bali from the Dubai problem and they we're so helpful, they let us stay at a discounted rate, cleaned the room everyday and changed towels etc, pool area is great, not a perfect location but can get online taxis easily, great for kids as pangolin kids club next door

An incredible place to stay!! The staff were so lovely and attentive to everything we needed and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The lobby/dining area was also lovely and the food was great too! The only slight downside was there is construction happening nearby so it's a little noisy but there is construction around lots of the villas in Bali and only happens during working hours. Overall loved it and would definitely come back here!
