"The Keefer hotel was a unique experience in that there is no on-site front desk; all the communication with staff occurs remotely. That being said, there did appear to be a security guard available 24/7 and housecleaning was present in the mornings. The one-bedroom apartment in which we stayed was very clean and new, and I liked that we had a four-person dining room table.
