"Hotel is very run down and rooms are extremely tired and grotty. Although it is advertised on numerous websites that the rooms are air conditioned the airconditioning had broken so there was nothing on the hottest day of the year. There was air conditioning in the reception that was working and units installed the rooms with control panels but were not working. Their explanation was that the pump or condenser was not working. "I had a great stay at the hotel for a wedding. The room was huge and the beautifully designed. I really liked the various lighting and the room had lots of mirrors. Staff were great and friendly; I asked for green tea teabags and staff bought them to my room quickly."
