"We totally loved our stay here. I totally recommend staying here when visiting D.C. as you can walk to everything, and we did just that. "This is a safe, nice hotel on a college campus in a great location of DC. The staff was friendly and professional. The only thing we had an issue is with allergies. Seemed like a dust issue as the rooms all have the air conditioning with recycled air. Overall great property."

"This was an overnight stay for a family memorial service. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection and the buffet was clean and restocked continuously. Our room was clean.
My only complaint is that the heat/air unit in the room was filthy which was concerning in regards to air quality. Bringing my air purifier would have remedied this.
I would stay again."

"I stayed at this hotel this weekend while attending an event in DC and was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The air conditioning in the room barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. The floors appeared not to have been vacuumed or mopped and felt dirty from the moment I checked in.
The exterior of the property was also poorly maintained, with overgrown grass and an overall neglected appearance.

We went to the garage to park the car & gather our luggage to head to the room & imagine our surprise when the elevator was out of service. We were NOT told this upon checking in.
