"The hotel was fine but getting in touch with them for a lost and found item after my stay has been impossible. It's been a week and I started contacting them the day I checked out about items left in the room. I have left 3 voicemails and an online form and have not heard a peep."

"For our very short stay the room was beautiful! It was clean, the bed was comfy and the couch was comfy. The ONLY thing is that I fell getting out of the shower because the floors get very wet from condensation. Maybe put fans in the bathrooms to help."

Penn's View Hotel
"This was a great hotel in Philly. It’s on a fairly quiet street even if it’s close to the highway. The hotel is historic and the restaurant was lovely and quite crowded. Highly recommend staying here. Also, it’s really close to everything, even if it doesn’t show it on the map."
