The lobby, hallways and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel had no solution for this nor did they offer to change our room. Beds were okay but bathroom had hair on the sink and hair on our towels.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. They charge extra for parking, and on top of that, there’s a $100 deposit “for damages” — which is ironic considering the place is already run down. The room had bugs crawling around, and the furniture was in terrible condition. Everything looked worn out and poorly maintained. You can hear noise from all angles — people in the hallway, next door, and even every step from the guests upstairs walking around. There’s absolutely no soundproofing, so don’t expect peace or rest. They advertise breakfast, but it’s really just a muffin and coffee (if you even drink coffee). That’s hardly what most people would consider breakfast. Overall, it was not worth the money at all. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Not only did I have to pay to stay I had to pay to park I came here to bury my mom and had an extra expense for no reason. Also none of the outside doors work to get back in so not only do I have to pay to park I’m paying to walk all the way around the building to the front door

Room was outdated and smelled musty. Everything was dirty. We saw 2 roaches during our stay. There was a gap in our room door which felt unsafe. The free breakfast was only nutrigrain bars and muffins. It says smoke free but there was a strong smoke smell throughout the building. Will never book here again

Very disappointed with this stay. The hotel is very out dated, not very clean. The room above us made noise all night long. The Expedia app portrayed that there was air port shuttle and there was not. Would not recommend this hotel.

We had a horrible experience at the hotel. There was a very strong smell of marijuana. There were strange people on the premises. We were there with our 3-year-old baby, and they reprimanded us in a very rude way, insulting us, because they could hear the child's footsteps from downstairs. NEVER! would I stay there again. It's a place for criminals, not for families.

My pros: Check in was quick. The person at the front desk was extremely nice! The room was comfy. My cons: I was not informed that there would need to be a $100 deposit made until I arrived, AFTER I had already paid for my room. I also booked a king room but got a double queen instead. One of the reasons I booked here was for the kitchen amenity. Once we arrived, we requested the pots/pans and other kitchen utensils only to find out that there was everything EXCEPT pots and pans available which we had to refuse since we had no way to cook the food that we brought with us. The “breakfast” was a nice touch but they should NOT advertise nutri grain bars and coffee as breakfast. While my stay was short it was enjoyable. I would probably stay again but I would have to take the extra steps to make sure I can be accommodated a little better.

The receptionist was busy with his call during the checkin process and it was a very bad customer service. Very disrespectful. The rooms were not clean. Towels, bed sheets had dirt and hair. Was very disgusting. Very disappointing.

As soon as we got there felt wrong, when we opened the room the smell of cigarette and pee was unbearable the floor was sticky and the bed covers was all stained like big yellow satins on white sheets, they told me that there’s nothing that they could do no cleaning service no nothing told them to follow me to the room and even they were surprised gave me “clean sheets” equally stained. I slept sitting on the floor the stench weak me up next morning i was out of there by 5 am ask for a refund cause I booked for 10 nights that was impossible to achieve the worst experience of my entire life
