"Computer systems went down on a Friday afternoon and it was absolute chaos. Staff had no type of backup plan. 7 AM Sunday morning fire drill emptied the entire hotel. Awful"

"This property was a good place to stay. We went on a day they were sold out. There was some delays in cleaning the room but the front desk staff was genuinely apologetic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The maid staff was helpful and friendly."
