"Clean room and bath. Quiet. Would stay again."

"Parking was easy and free which was good. Breakfast was good just needed a non pork item for meat for travelers who don’t eat pork. "

"I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good. "

"Had a good stay at the La Quinta Inn in Batavia. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the bed. The location worked well for me since it was about an hour from Niagara Falls and around 30 minutes from Rochester where I attended a graduation. Breakfast was decent — the usual bagels, eggs, juice, fruit, etc. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and good. Also convenient area with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. "I come for only an overnight stay-less than 12 hrs. I rest for a long ride home. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful."

"They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit"

"The room was not worth the cost. Thankfully we only needed it for 1 night for a wedding nearby but the bed was awful. Check in was confusing, it was at the bar. We could deal with it being less eye appealing if the price matched it. Would not recommend. "
