"Cleanliness of the facility and friendly staff. Daily text communication from the staff making sure we were enjoying our stay. Very nice ‘common’ areas. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the lighting in the hallways. I prefer a bit more light. But we would definitely stay here again!!"

"Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...

"The hotel is well located near the shops and restaurants of Holland. The front desk greeting (Ian) was warm and unrushed. The room was large and immaculate. The air conditioner was quiet. We loved this hotel."
