"Check in staff were lovely, food and drinks were a constant challenge with minimal customers and staff feeling overwhelmed. Seemed more concerned with polishing glasses than looking after people. Food was amazing once received. Room was dated and bathroom not very clean, very mouldy. "

"Super convenient to the airport. Easy parking (paid). Can even leave car there multiple days or at parking next door. Rooms accessed by code, no keys to fuss with. Shuttle to the airport available for a small fee (if you have a lot of stuff) otherwise it’s a 10 minute easy walk. My only gripe is they could have included a couple more pillows. Otherwise, great easy clean stay."

"There is no shuttle to and from this hotel. This is a major disadvantage to using them. We spent 20 Euros going back and forth with all our luggage rather than take the Metro two stations. Would never stay there again for the fact they are lacking such a basic service. "

"An airport hotel that delivers exactly what you would expect. It was very clean, convenient, and located very close to the metro station. Only downside is the shuttle to the airport did seem to be expensive and unreliable. We took the metro instead."

"The entire experience at the Yeatman can be summed up in one word- Impeccable! The staff, the food , the atmosphere and the accommodations. I have travel across the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This Yeatman ranks at the top of my list. The moment you walk in you are greeted with beautiful decor, excellent staff and a very welcoming feeling. The corridors and room designs were lovely and spacious. The views outstanding no matter where you were. Loved the displays of the hotel...

"Nice property. Close to metro stop.Easy access to centre in 10 mins. At busy periods the 2 lifts were slow. Breakfast was the same everyday. On some days of our week's stay, replenishment of the food was slow and the coffee machines ran out regularly and staff were slow to fix."

"We had the most incredible stay from start to finish. We had our puppy Quincy with us and the from the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated so well by all the staff and they were so accommodating of Quincy. Room was spacious, and you couldn’t hear anyone through the walls. Bed super comfortable! Our room also had a dog bed, lovely bowls and a toy which was a lovely touch. We need to know Hilton’s secret because it always smells incredible! 😂 Truly have not a bad word to say about...

"Staff was super helpful, bed was comfortable, hot water worked perfectly, everything I could ask for, really. The only reason I am knocking one star off is due to our room being street facing and a lot of cars pass by, if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue."
