"Located far from hustle bustle of the busy Singapore, I'd recommend this hotel for those who want to relax in a serene place. Everything was perfect here. The room, the bed, the bathroom and the amenities. They provided free minibar too. The food was great. Most of all, the view of the golf course was really peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will come back here again."

"Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting.
Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe.
Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks.
Overall stay is OK. "

"Good location where it’s not too crowded. Right next to a mall where many small restaurants, great varieties. Also a cat cafe nearby 😹Great food selections in breakfast. Lovely clean swimming pool. Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. "No black out curtain the sun directly bright coming in the room when we still want to sleep at 7am
The ice maker on 6th floor both broken
Shuttle bus not works at 6.30-7.30
The air conditioning keep repeating turn off by itself once we all in deep sleep and make up wakeup 3-4x times sweating and feel super hot so we dont get our 7-8hours straight sleep comfortly
I even got running nose and sore throat bcoz of this AC which keep us feel cold and hot all night long and waking up every 1-1.5...

"We were very pleased with our stay at Waterloo nad would consider a second stay. The location was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet. We did not eat at the restaurant or experience any other amenities, but the bottled, non-alcoholic drinks at the lobby bar were too expensive. The car dropoff/pickup was poorly defined and awkard for both passengers and drivers--perhaps not finished?"
