We had a couple issues with the tv and then needing wash cloths but our phone call was answered immediately and someone was at our door to meet the need in a couple minutes. "Sofa was not cleaned looked dirty and stains And bench was stained and dirty, did not feel comfortable to sit on it the bathroom the corners by the doors were water stained Plates of dishes had dried food on them. Pots had boiled water stains on them very disappointed looked rundown, not cleaned properly dirty for the price. It should’ve been a lot cleaner looked and felt rundown and dirty."

"My family and I loved it.. The only thing we didn't like was we had to leave. Other than that it was an awesome place for the family nd couple's or even for a single person.. "Great stay while on a college tour for my eldest and my middle kiddo. Room was great. The gym facilities were great and the breakfast was also fantastic. We made sure to check out the cute food market next door but it was a little too late in the evening. Great stay and would come again!"
