"Could not get service at any restaurant or bar. Staff would look at us then serve other people that came in after us. When asked if certain foods were gluten free they said yes then found out that the food was not and got very sick . Would not recommend this resort"

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and the security team made me feel safe throughout my visit.
My biggest complaint was the parking. The hotel advertises self-parking for $5.65, but it's actually city metered parking not a hotel parking lot. There was nowhere to unload luggage, the hotel couldn't provide coins, and the recommended Flowbird app didn't work because Curaçao wasn't listed. "It was honestly more than I expected. The room was clean and came with a fully functional kitchenette and a washing machine, the location was also ideal. Only issue was the AC dripped alot of water but I believe they were in the process of replacing it. Other than that, I would definitely recommend."
