"Clean room, attentive and fast staff, free wifi but had to reconnect everyday to work but fairly fast, and 20 dollar daily credit that could be used in the hotel was nice for room service/ drinks"

"Nice property. Large. Big sofas for seating if you have to check out and catch a later flight. "

"Hotel is being remodeled at the moment so the bar and restaurant are closed. They did have cart in the main dining room that served as a bar and they served food. My wife and a couple friends raved about the lobster Mac and cheese. I skipped dinner. We had to have a defective plug in the bathroom replaced, which they did the same day we reported it. Short walk and shuttle service for Universal Studios Amusement Park which is the main reason we stayed there. All in all, a good hotel. Pricing is not necessarily budget friendly. We would stay there again if we go back to Universal."

"All great but used coffee pods left in pod tray and lack of new pods. We called and brought pretty fast."

"Great place and a reasonable price. Stuff is just a little bit outdated but it added to the charm. Definitely go check out the hidden koi pond too. My only complaint was that the wi-fi wasn't great. "
