The staff - all of them are so friendly and responsive to the guests. They brought coffee to our room and afterwards had breakfast by the pool. We had standard room that was very spacious and practical for two women. Location is great too! Thanks again to all the friendly staff!! See you again!"

"I really like this hotel. I have stayed here three times since I started visiting Cartagena and each stay has been better than the last one. The location is in the center of the old city and you could not ask for it to be better. The staff is top-notch and go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. The rooms are a little smaller (admittedly I do not stay in the larger ones) but the hotel size itself makes up for it. I appreciate them more and more every time I stay in Cartagena."
