"Just as the photos shows, comfortable, new and clean. Our room had a full little kitchen that even had a two burner stovetop. Everything was perfect. The only thing missing was simple parking, but that’s a Montreal thing."

"Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay."

"The staff were kind and friendly, and we had no issues with the service. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The shared bathroom sink had beard shavings on it when we arrived, and they remained there for our entire stay. The light switches were so dirty that I ended up cleaning them myself with Lysol wipes. "Hotel was very warm and inviting. The amenities made for a romantic and homie feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight in was canceled and we were rebooked for following day leaving only enough time to drop off our stuff before rushing to a concert. They gave us the code to get in and told us to call if we ran into issues. When we arrived they were expecting us and said we could skip check in so we could make it on time. We plan to come back to Montreal and will be staying here...

"Very clean, close to downtown shopping and the mountain trails, friendly staff that are more than happy to speak English if you don’t speak much or any French. Pool doesn’t have a hot tub and is a bit small but overall has a nice atmosphere and has great change rooms with shavers, and any other things if you need to shower there."
