The room was large with high ceilings (second floor), a ceiling fan and fridge. Coffee was available in an area called “the barn” in an area central to all rooms. "This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

"The staff was incredible and so friendly but the bar tender was not there so no bar access. The breakfast was toast and an apple and coffee. No protein or even eggs. The property had a beautiful view but the rooms themself were mediocre. Overall great for the money and free parking and kind staff. Would stay there again."

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"Not up to standard Baymont quality. Renovated but still water spot on ceiling, patched paint on walls. Breakfast was miniscule. Highly overpriced for the quality. No elevator to the second floor! Bed appeared fairly new and comfortable."
