"Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion which was nice. You can pick what you want for breakfast and at what time every morning. It is delivered directly to your door on a cart. There are stairs up to the rooms but the lovely staff helped us carry our things. Great location and in walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants."

"Room was clean however pool was only open for 1 of the 3 days that we were visiting. We were told it would be open the first day, it was not. We booked the hotel specifically for the pool so it is unfortunate that it was unavailable."

"In the room, hand soap, shampoo and body wash were provided, but no box of tissue, just a small package of tissue. The sink in the bathroom got blocked about 3 seconds after. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All the staff were super nice. The bathroom and shower were also roomy, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Our room had a balcony, which was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the city center...

"Very nice amenities like the gym, sauna, pool, and terrace. In a quieter area in Porto so a 10-20 min walk most places, very doable. Very friendly staff."

"The room is super spacious and clean. Got 2 supermarket nearby. One minus point is they don’t have reception and lift. Need to carry my luggage to 2nd floor. Also need to check-in with host earlier in order to get the access code. The host is responsive."
