"Hotel in ottima posizione e pulito.
Sarebbe da migliorare la colazione a buffet.
Il servizio al tavolo è stato ottimo ma le scelte dei piatti era limitata.
Abbiamo eseguito delle modifiche accettate senza ulteriori extra.
Abbiamo avuto al check in dei problemi con il prezzo ma solo al check out i soldi ci sono stati restituiti nella carta dopo nostra segnalazione."

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"My friends and I stayed at point A for a concert at the O2, and I’m very glad we booked here. The staff were lovely, the facilities and room was clean and comfy. The rooms are small but they are good and nil issues. The hotel is located within walking distance of Canary Wharf underground and near restaurants.
