"Great view iof sea, hard bed, poor shower pressure/ temperature. Very noisy night club next door until early hours of the morning. Breakfast was a terrible experience. Long queues to get in unless you get there before 8 am. Queues at cooked pancake, omelette maker. No bread for toast. Rolls running out. Poor choice fruit.It was chaos each morning. The best part were the staff. "

On arrival, the room was not ready and I was initially given the wrong bed. Basic amenities were lacking throughout the stay. I requested an iron from the first day and despite repeated follow-ups, including visiting reception multiple times and receiving a message via the hotel app, I never received one at any point. Buffet passable et resto spécialité exécrable, impossibilité de joindre les deux Riu adjacent pour les repas, spectacles si singuliers qu’on pourrait s’en passer, deux serveurs seulement pour les cocktails à la piscine pour plus de 300 personnes, pas de navette pour l’aéroport, vieil hôtel avec ameublement plutôt antique qui pourrait être rafraîchi, somme toute très déçu par rapport à ce que je suis habitué avec le groupe Riu."
