"We reserved a room with a King bed and upon check-in we were given a room with 2 Queen beds. We were already in the room and did not want to return downstairs after having been traveling from Florida.
Additionally, our room was not cleaned nor the bed made during our stay. Perhaps, it was not part of the process, it was just unsettling to return to the room in the same condition we had left it.
The staff was very approachable and appeared to understand our concerns but nothing was done...
