"We stayed at this property for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. The 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice and they said the Murphy bed was comfortable. The walk from the train station about 15 minutes. It was a little hard to find when we first got there but a waiter from a nearby restaurant helped us. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night. "Very nice room and peaceful back courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions about using transit."

"We arrived at the building at 7pm, we needed a code to access the building which we were not given. Luckily another person who was staying in the building was able to let us in. When we did access our room, there was no key fob attached to our key, which meant we couldn’t leave the building until the owner sent us a code. We didn’t see anyone in reception while we stayed. The room was clean and has a hair dryer. However, both nights we stayed there were groups of men outside the building...

"The hotel is a small collection of rooms in an older building. But the room was large and clean, the air conditioning worked, and the bathroom was updated. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is small with no breakfast, but they provided orange juice in the refrigerator every day and some packaged rolls/crackers. Well located near the train station and reasonably walkable to the important places in Florence. We enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel is so well located, just a few blocks away from all the places you want to visit in Firenze. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. And the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here next time!"
