"I had a wonderful stay at the Tropicana by Hilton in Cabo. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, even asking for your preferred room-cleaning time and checking in in the evening to ensure everything was perfect. The pool area is beautiful and ideal for relaxing. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything easily accessible. Highly recommend!"

My first complaint is not something they can do anything about but there are lots and lots of steps. My second complaint is the options for food are pretty limited and not very good. The brunch buffet for $55 is really nice and lots of good food. But the rest of the options just are not very good. "

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...
