We really enjoyed the spa! We got couple massages and the staff was great. Before booking please know this is a kid friendly resort, if you are looking for quietness please note they make it really enjoyable for the kids so there will be kids. They do have an adult area.

Staff was great! I do have some comments when it comes to amenities- playroom for kids needs a little update, it is a little dirty and most of toys are not working or missing. Food was good but not much variety, we were there for 9 days and it was the same thing over and over it was good but nothing special, also not many choices for toddlers/kids . The Italian restaurant was really good! Pool/ beach was really nice and clean. Overall it was a nice stay I would recommend it and hopefully we will be back next time we are in Cancun ๐Ÿ˜Š

Our room was beautiful (and spotless), the amenities were excellent, and every member of the staff was fantastic. We would especially like to recognize our two concierges, Rafael and Estefania, who were among the most welcoming and gracious hosts we have encountered. They were attentive, genuinely thoughtful, and wonderfully personable. The food was amazing ( Our favourite restaurant experience at the resort was Galerie de la Sens!) But every restaurant was great.
