"Pros- Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The nighttime restaurant staff were well trained and fun. The bartenders were good at their job. The food was very pretty. If you have kids that enjoy water slides they may enjoy them for a while. Cons- There were not enough fun activities. The only things that were interesting to my 19 yr old was the beach volleyball and water volleyball. There was nothing that my 15 yr old was interested in. Disappointing that there was real beach on property, the ocean was unswimmable at the resort which was not conveyed in the resort information. "Nice property with beautiful roof top pool, club area is great with ocean front swim out and suite. kids club was excellent, food was ok (surprising in Mexico) and staff were nice but had better service at other Hyatts overall. Evening entertainment was ok."
