"Staff was amazing like ABSOLUTELY amazing , food was amazing in every restaurant, so many activities to do.
The only thing me and my gf didn’t like so much was the fact that we had to ask them multiple times to clean our room and give us extra towels, slippers, water, or change the bed sheets. Otherwise, everything was so perfect especially the restaurants and the buffet ( it had a lot of variety of foods and very clean)"

"Property is run down, very bad smell from our room and we booked a family room which ended up being located directly across the disco night club and noise was beyond loud every night from 12am -2 am . When speaking with a supervisor we are told that there’s no other room except one two doors down in same location.
Requested small decorations for our fathers 80th birthday in the room and told by same supervisor it would be placed in the room in the morning , it never happened all day ,...
