"Excellent vacation! Great room, comfortable bed, outstanding cleanliness, delicious food and amazing staff. Expedia welcomed us with a bottle of champagne in our room and a message on the bed in flowers. Dinner reservations were made for us every night at a different restaurant. The couples massages were definitely a highlight and the beach was beautiful! I highly recommend this property and booking through Expedia! 10/10. Definitely an experience we will never forget!!!"

"The location is absolutely unmatched, rooms are steps away from the Caribbean ocean. The views are absolutely spectacular. Amenities and activities are minutes away from ferry rides to Isla Mujares, boat club, downtown etc. There is even a water park to kid the kiddos occupied.

"We had a few unexpected incidents during our stay. Due to a water leak in our room, we had to move rooms, and since there was no appropriately sized room available, we had to move again the following day. However, we consider these kinds of troubles to be part of traveling, so it didn’t bother us.
Before coming, we were a bit worried because we had seen some very negative reviews, but overall our experience was not bad.

"The Casa De Los Suenos is awesome. The staff from Carlos at the front desk to Cap and Sylvia and Chewie and Adrian and all the servers are so friendly and accommodating. There is no better place to stay on Isla Mujeres. "

"Clean rooms and great service. Everyone is polite and ready to be at service from the front desk to the concierge. Loved the villa with the balcony, the pool and the beach. Great place for families and kids. Actually, the distance from Bahía Príncipe to the bench is walkable but the shuttles were on time and it was fun riding them.
