"The staff is superb. Communication before, during and after is excellent. Everyone was helpful and very understanding when we needed to stay another night because our airline flight was canceled. Location is a convenient walk to major Seattle attractions."

"My wife had an early morning procedure at Virginia Mason, so this was a great place to stay the night prior. I dropped of my wife and bags at the hotel, then parked at the Virginia Mason parking lot and walked up the hill. The following morning we put our bags in the car and went into the hospital. Very convenient!"
