"The housekeeping staff was extremely noisy, especially while vacuuming the hallways. They did not seem considerate of guests who might still be sleeping, and the vacuum and cleaning equipment repeatedly hit the walls and doors, creating a lot of unnecessary noise. The room itself also had a musty smell, and the furniture was old and outdated. Overall, the condition of the room and the noise from housekeeping made our stay less comfortable than expected."

"We were offered an upgrade king suite, which as nice. It was a bit too big for 2 people only staying 2 nights. The rooms were very dark, walls painted a dark green and the lighting was poor for reading. Bath was large and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable, a bit low to the floor. Coffee maker in the room. Or brewed coffee in the lobby available. I found the temperature control hard to keep where we needed it to be comfortable. We arrived from Florida and were cold in the room, it registered 75...
