"This was a overnighter as I arrived late to Bali, and by the time I got to the residence it was 12:30am and I was tired.
I was still greeted warmly, and showed to my room, and it just felt amazing to have a clean shower, clean water station nearby, and go to sleep on a bed after just 4 hours of sleep the day before."

"Beautiful private villas that provide an exclusive feel. Each staff member provides a welcoming atmosphere and has the utmost professionalism. We got to meet many and many knew us by name by the end of our stay adding that personal touch. The villas are guarded 24/7 but a very respectful staff to ensure complete safety and piece of mind. The spa is extremely relaxing and comfortable with couples options that provide the romantic touch we wanted for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend this...

"Cleaning service untuk kamar tidak konsisten (seperti tidak ada check list untuk cleaning nya):
(1) Face towel ngak pernah di kasih setiap hari kecuali diminta
(2) Shower Gel tidak pernah di isi
Kita ada "Churassco Easter Dinner" dengan "All you can eat" dinner, this is THE WORST service yg pernah saya experience di 5-star hotel:
(1) Kita tiba di restaurant seperti sudah di booking waktu nya. Dan walau kita liat banyak orang asing di serve makanan bolak balik, kita yg ber-5 harus tunggu...

"Great hotel in lovely location with friendly staff. Our only complaint with our room was the noise of construction on a neighboring property, and having steps in the room which are easy to trip on, especially at night. Had a lagoon view room but would have preferred a resort, lagoon view room. "

"Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that.
Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time.
Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room.
Overall, a decent experience."
