"We went to the Excellence Punta Cana and our trip was incredible. The resort was beyond clean. Every aspect of the resort was maintained and cleaned meticulously. All of the restaurants were incredible with amazing wait staff. There was lots of entertainment both day and night. The shows in the evening were great and the activities during the day were vast. The staff around the resort, no matter their title were very engaged with the guests. We had incredible service all week and we were impressed by the genuine kindness that the staff exuded. Another perk to our stay was that there were NO sales pitches! We did upgrade to the Excellence club and we did feel like it was worth it. The Magna Club restaurant was top notch and the amenities were nice to have, especially if the resort was busy."
