Hotel Ski di Punta Cana

"The experience at Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana II in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was disappointing. The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. The room was very basic and lacked adequate bed linens. The bathroom had no towel rack, no shower curtain, and no hot water. In addition, the hotel is located in an area that may not feel secure to some travelers. Its address is difficult to...

"Excellent"

"Our stay was amazing. The room we had, the master suite with elite service was well worth it. Our butler Cristian went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. The staff, whether tending to you or not, were all friendly and even greeted you in passing by whether a cleaning lady or cook, etc. Also, shoutout to another staff member Danny for assisting us and also going above and beyond to help meet our needs"

"The resort itself is very new, modern, clean, and well equipped. The gym is excellent, and the overall amenities and park areas are very good and well maintained. The regular bars were average in quality, but acceptable considering the price. The à la carte restaurants were generally okay, although they were often very busy. The evening shows were also average in quality and could be improved. The biggest issue during our stay was the service, especially in the buffet. Staff were often very...

"As good as expected!"

"We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...

"An outstanding stay! 🔝 From my first interaction with Diana at the front desk, whom I contacted before arrival to confirm a few details, all the way through check-out, everything was excellent. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, personalized attention, exceptional service, a convenient location, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is an excellent choice. A very special mention goes to Diana, our concierge, who was consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to assist with...
