"Gabriela at the front desk was absolutely kind. Very informative and had a beautiful attitude and smile. The staff was very friendly, housekeeping, the pool guys with the activities was fun, and the servers were all attentive. Ana at the lobby was a bit curt and didn’t like her attitude so much but everyone else was great. Angie at the travelers building was great, helped us purchase Xcaret bundle. "Had a great stay here, and the staff is amazing. The resort property is beautifully maintained, from the perfectly cut grass, to the pristine pools. The staff was extremely friendly and constantly on the move keeping the resort clean and comfortable. When booking on Expedia, double check that you’re not just booking a room. Found out a week before our trip that we didn’t book the “All Inclusive” but we were able to purchase the package thankfully. "

"This hostel is literally located in the middle of nowhere, it's difficult to find, there was no cell phone service and it's just the creepiest vibe upon arrival. Did not feel safe as a solo traveler. Could not stay there. Had to look for another place to stay."
