The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member...

"Great stay. I have stayed at a lot of secrets. It did not disappoint. I am a beach person and would have really liked better beach shade on the non preferred side. Most of them have it. The umbrellas were just not like the huts. Restaurants all great. I didn’t like the drive in the golf cart to there restaurants but the layout just doesn’t permit them within walking distance. Beautiful place. Nice pools. Plenty of seating. Great staff."

"Exactly what my boyfriend and I wanted for a summer trip, we hung out by the swim up bar and beach and just enjoyed the amazing food and service at Excellence. The Indian food at Basmati and sushi at Spice were to die for. The breakfast at The Lobster House, a total hit. And the kiwi margs ended up being the drink of the weekend! If you want a gorgeous, relaxing but very entertaining resort to eat some of the best food in Mexico at, this is your spot. Also, the service alone deserves its own...
