"The quantity of persons staying is not mentioned clearly or it's a miscom between hotels.com and the lovina?"

"This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in June 2026. We can not find anything in their service that needs to be improved. The staff are nice. The food is so so enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained. Pool, gym, spa, hiking, yoga, biking, archery, etc, everything is perfect. The laundry service is great. All the clothes are well cleaned and ironed, and neatly packed and dropped off to my room. A very big comfortable room with free excellent breakfast was...

"Delicious breakfast, excellent service!"

"It’s a great environment and won’t regret staying in here they’re super helpful and accommodate to you"

"My stay there was very peaceful!"

We had to move rooms due to the nose going all day into late at night. Rooms, there were stains on curtains and linen drapes, and water pressure was non existent. There was cracks in the doors so bugs could get in as well. They have a complementary shuttle into ubud shopping. Getting there was no issue but shuttle never came to pick us up at...
