I adored the local coffee in the lobby as well. My husband and I had an amazing stay. My only (little) complaints were the stiffness of the mattress, and the finicky door access at night/early morning. However, the hotel lets you know about the issues with the doors, so it's on me for not requesting a physical key after...

"This property is exactly as advertised…nothing over the top but very good and clean for the price…..owners wer amazing and so helpful with regards to recommendations for food and things to se….A1A burritos works was hidden gem and Carmelo’s pizza was good as well…local spots so not the tourist trap for food…would definitely stay again…clean and patio up top was a great thing for the family to sit and have a drink together after a long hot day out site seeing...parking was included and only 15...
