"TERRIBLE!!! The showers were clogged right when we checked in. We called maintenance and no one came until we were about to check out. Couldn’t shower for two days after spending hours in the Vegas sun. They gave us a $50 dining voucher as a fake sorry and NO ONE ACCEPTED IT. They told us all the restaurants including the food court on MGM/Luxor property would accept it but nope! Only 3 restaurants and two of them were closed. No manager available. No one willing to help. No working escalator....

"I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The rooms are not soundproof. The amenities provided were not amenities. Everything it’s outdated and they want to charge you for new and improved establishments when that’s further from the truth. The staff was very nice and the restaurant at the tower self amazing food but that was it. I wish they will improve the hotel and soundproof the rooms."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
