"The Central Hotel looks after their guests by making everything easy. Happy hour was laid out, encouraging guests to say hello, a very nice touch. Everything in the room was inclusive to consume, without worrying about tabs. Parking was easy and there were laundry facilities too. A convenient location so that we were able to walk everywhere. "There was an issue with the water at the hotel due to council works outside, meaning our check-in time was a little later and out of their control. Despite this, staff were attentive, helpful & called to inform us as soon as our room was available. Perfect spot for families with the big Queenstown playground just outside & the cherry blossom lined streets and sitting area outside were such a treat! Tidy & comfortable room for our family of 4. "
