"Super comfortable room above the pub with air conditioning (much needed this summer)!! Very clean and quiet with lots of coffee shops and Turkish eateries nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Bayswater & Queensway tube stations and a bus station diagonally across the street. Glad to have a phone in the room as we needed to make some local calls. "Clean, modern, nicely renovated & comfortable hotel in Nottinghill. Staff were always pleasant & helpful. A/C worked perfectly, comfy bed & pillows, big shower w plenty of hot water. We had a basement twin rm which was spacious & perfect for my friend & I to fit all our stuff for the week. Bayswater & Queensway tubes are 2 min away, & lots of shops & restaurants there, too. Hotel street was quiet at night. Highly recommend a stay here for central London!"

"I arrived to my room on a sunny day to find a broken fan. I quickly called reception but proceeded to sweat for 30 mins as I kept waiting and calling for a replacement. Later, it took almost two hours to receive a iron once again after repeated asks. Then, on both Saturday and Sunday mornings I was woken up by the housekeeping with a knock on the door to clean the room at 9am. The hotel uses single use plastics and provided body wash containers which were way too small. Breakfast was inedible....

"There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....

"The staff was amazing very helpful, the location was walkable and easy to navigate. Many eateries in walking distance as well as the Metro. Our only issue was the walls were quite thin we could our neighbors."

"The property is located on a cheap area of Kensignton. It is advertised for up to 4 people but the sofa bed is in no condition to sleep in. My chidred ended up sleeping on the floor. The rest of the apartment is old, the stairways are old and smelly and the surroundings are dirty. Definitely not worth the price. The apartment itself had a bad smell. Because of this, I had to check out after the first night of a fully prepaid stay and got no reimbursement."
