Stay was great until I was checking out and front desk agent tried to photocopy my credit card number. Visa and MasterCard strictly prohibit this due to fraud and identity theft. The General Manager refuses to provide contact info for the hotel owner. Avoid as there is a strong chance you could have your card number stolen.

Very good service at front desk and everywhere. Excellent location in the heart of the business district of Quito and very clean. Across from the best shopping mall.

Terrible te roban en las habitaciones

Terrible nooo tienen caja de seguridad, en lugar de estas tienen una caja de lata que no sirven para nada, me robaron un collar de oro en mi habitación, llame a la policía y llegaron al hotel solo para descubrir que también en otra habitación habían robado dinero. Nadie se responsabilizó ni prestaron ayuda fue terrible estar en ese hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Estuve 17 noches , y en dos fines de semana que estuve estuvieron trabajando (martillando) desde antes de las 7 am, lo cual era muy molesto, que si no hubiera tenido prepagado el hotel me hubiera cambiado

El hotel es bastante viejo y le falta un poco de mantenimiento o una remodelación. La zona donde se encuentra es bastante ruidosa y las ventanas no cierra adecuadamente por lo que el descanso no es el mejor. En la zona hay hoteles de similar tarifa mas nuevos. Precio producto no llena las espectativas

5 estrellas le queda muy grande

Lo peor que han hecho fue además de cobrarme mi estadía de dos semanas al momento del check in es obligarme a pagar en efectivo en el momento cuando pedia comida a la habitación siendo que de todas formas ya tenian mi pago anticipado y no podían cargarlo a la habitacion porque no aceptaban Amex para eso (pero si para el pago de las dos semanas por anticipado en el check in). En el desayuno era muy molesto que los mozos en vez de encargarse de reponer lo que faltaba (tazas platos y comidas variaa) te estaban mirando fijo mientras comidas y cuando terminabas el ultimo bocado venian desesperados a sacarte el plato. Pero cuando no habia mesas disponibles paa desayunar podias esperar largo rato mientras seguían atendiendo a la gente que ya estaba sentada y pagaba aparte y obviamente te encontrabas con muchas faltas en comida y vajilla porque el 100% de ellos estaba ocupado en atender a esas personas. La reposicion de los productos de aseo no existia y tampoco era que tenían mucho que reponer por lo que ofrecian, un dia tuve que llamar porque hacia 3 dias que no dejaban un jabon nuevo. Sinceramente este hotel en vez de hacer sentir a gusto a sus huespedes se preocupa por salir bien ellos. Tienen que aprender mucho de atender a sus clientes como corresponde.
