"Great location. Convenient access to three different underground stations. Right in the theater district, and close to covent garden, which was a cool place to grab a beer and watch some buskers. Walking distance to all the obvious tourist spots: West Minster Abbey, Big Ben, London Tower, etc. Right by the river. I would stay here again."

"Hotel was lovely clean & tidy and Staff where willing to help.My only problem was that my safe was broken on 1st night but hotel maintance had it fixed within 20 mins by replacing it with a spare one.It was lovely coming back to my room with the AC working after a warm dau im London."

"Our stay at The Savoy from June 10-13, 2026 was far too short. From walking into the beautifully decorated foyer to the reception desk, it took our breath away. Upon arrival we were treated like royalty and were provided exceptional service. When we arrived into our room we were impressed with the attention to detail and our window view provided an excellent view of the London Eye and Big Ben so that was a plus! Our breakfast was constantly delicious and the service was second to none. We were fortunate enough to dine at the Savoy Grill and once again we were thrilled with the staff and our Beef Wellington. The early morning we left, we were provided with a delicious take-away hot breakfast that started our journey home on the right foot."

"Super nice hotel workers and very clean property and rooms (rooms are smaller tho). Location is great - super close to shows in the West End (I even caught the West End Live free concert in Trafalgar square) and about 20-min walkable to big monuments like Big Ben and the British Museum. The reception area is pretty nice too: had a bar and you can order food for lunch and dinner for under 15 £. But I would say the hotel workers are the nicest - super amenable to requests like extra towels, utensils for food we bought outside, and they kept our bags while we walked around before our flight. The rooms are like cubicles, only room for the bed and the thin divider for toilet and shower - but efficient and the rooms even come with an electric kettle and tea for your room. The bed was pretty comfy and there is a TV in the wall with both news and entertainment channels. The AC also responds really well to changes in temperature. My only gripe is there is no personal fridge, but the rooms are smaller so it makes sense. I think this is a great hotel for either couples or single persons as the rooms are tinier, but you can just be aware of that and get a great hotel in a prime location with great service."
