"A lovely hotel just a stone’s throw from St Paul’s Cathedral, with an excellent selection of places to eat right on the doorstep. The room was small but perfectly normal for London, comfortable and well laid out to maximise the space. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice. The entrance was step free and the rooms were accessible. The aircon was excellent especially as London was in the midst of a heatwave! My only minor gripe was the bathroom’s sliding door, which was a bit stiff to open...

"Perfect stay at The Hoxton - the room was lovely - quiet, well laid out and the bed was comfy too. The bar area and cafe were great and the upstairs roof terrace was fabulous. The staff were welcoming, friendly and really helpful. The location was perfect for us - close to Waterloo, Southwark and Blackfriars tube stations so we could easily get around. It was a short walk to Southbank too for all the bars and restaurants, but quiet at night. We loved it."

"Waited a long time for check in. Concierge didn't listen and only wanted to sell us the hotel's restaurant. Housekeeping didn't speak English. Tea and vanity kits were not replaced daily. Was told there was turndown service but there was not. Safe was not working. Light switches annoying to operate."
