"This is the hotel you want to stay at in London! The front desk staff are amazing the bell man and concierge is just fabulous. The servers and housekeeping just know what to do! It’s a luxurious experience staying here with out the price tag of central London. This is my third stay and every time I just can’t say enough about the staff! You make the holiday! Thank you!!"

"A fine boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Gardens west end district with a huge assortment of dining, cafes, shops, bars and theaters The choice almost overwhelms. The weekends are very busy with folks out and about. The location is ideal for sightseeing. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows. "
