"We loved this hotel The location was great - right by Trafalgar Square where there is always something going on. We were concerned about the noise level at night because of the location, but the second we closed the window all the street noise disappeared. We would definitely stay here again."

"What a phenomenal stay! My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed 7 nights in a handicap accessible room. Everything was spotless and in excellent working condition. The room was spacious, clean, serviced daily, and accessible. The restaurant was delicious and the bar made great drinks too. The location was convenient and within walking distance of several attractions and an Underground station, though it wasn't quite as central as we had expected. Check-in was quick and easy, but the staff came across as somewhat unfriendly and didn't provide much information about the property or the surrounding area. The room itself was just okay and didn't quite match...
