"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!"

"Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."
