The Round House Apartments are in a fantastic location, waking distance from the majority of things visitors works be interested in, including West End shows. For other locations, the tube is very close. Covent Garden has tons of shops, pubs, restaurants, fast food, etc. The listing is factual about the stairs-only access & no A/C. "Everything about it is perfect. We had a beautiful view of the neo-classical façade of the Royal Opera House, and walked to the British Museum and several theatres. The staff was excellent and shared the history of the building and reading recommendations in the elegant library"

"Lovely hotel although our room was quite small and had a poor outlook. The room was noisy as other guests came and went along the corridor and adjacent rooms. Service was not up to usual standards having stayed on several occasions and on other Firmdale hotels. A bit disappointed but won’t put us off the other Firmdale locations."

"My husband and I booked the Page8 very last minute due to a hotel switch. We were overly impressed with the night manager and staff. They were professional, polite, accomodating and truly helped us in a bit of a panick. The hotel was beautiful, extremly clean, bedding was amazing and I highly recommend staying here. Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and beautiful hotel. We plan to stay here again."

"A lovely hotel just a stone’s throw from St Paul’s Cathedral, with an excellent selection of places to eat right on the doorstep. The room was small but perfectly normal for London, comfortable and well laid out to maximise the space. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice. The entrance was step free and the rooms were accessible. The aircon was excellent especially as London was in the midst of a heatwave! My only minor gripe was the bathroom’s sliding door, which was a bit stiff to open...

"We had a great stay at the Hoxton. Staff was super attentive, and the one issue we had (A/C seemed to be limiting cooling) was immediately resolved. Location was perfect. Adjoining rooms worked great for our large family - it was very tight with the 3rd bed in one room, but that is to be expected with any London hotel room. Would definitely stay here again"

"Convenient location close to and train stations. Well Maintained accommodation with aesthetically pleasing fixtures and fittings. Comfy bed and helpful staff. Unfortunately we discovered long dark hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor but not until we returned later in the evening. If not for this would have been 5 star Would still recommend."
