"The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. "Staff was super friendly. Room was decent. They had a small free breakfast nook with fruit, pancakes, and microwave sandwiches. Nothing amazing but filling to start your day. You need to ask for pool towels at the lobby. Bed was acceptable. Pool was the oddest pool I have experienced in my life. Felt more like a giant hot tub and sides slope down with the floor uneven. It almost felt dug out but was a finished pool and clean. Room was clean. Great for a quick overnight stay."

"On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay."

"Sheets and room were clean for the most part however the room I stayed in was not maintained. It was evident that the room has had a moisture problem for awhile. The drywall in the ceiling was discolored and cracking and there was mold growing on a chair."

"I should’ve read reviews before I booked my stay. It’s an older property. There’s no elevator to get to the upstairs rooms. Two queen beds were not an option. Something in the room triggered my allergies every night. I’m guessing it was the air conditioner. My mattress was very uncomfortable. It felt like it was worn out and needs replacement. Occasionally, there were some sketch, meth-head looking subjects who lingered outside of the office begging for money."

"Worn carpeting and unrepaired damage to doors and trim work. Tub faucet was pulled out from the tub surface. Rust stained tile under the vanity. Our room must be next in line for renovations. That’s the only answer. Our first floor room was steps from an unsecured exterior door. We found that upon departure. Complimentary breakfast waffle was good but fruit was not fresh. Apples were soft. Parking lot sign indicated basically to park at your own risk. Bright spot was the comfortable...
