"I stayed at the Radisson RED with a friend for 4 nights. We are both manual wheelchair users so finding suitable accessible accommodation is often tricky. No issues at all at this hotel. Staff were friendly - getting back to me shortly after booking to confirm that an accessible room was available and reserved for us. Level access to the hotel and good lifts made getting into and using the hotel easy. The accessible room was fantastic; plenty of room for us to move around and the bathroom layout...

"Hotellet låg väldigt bra till i Nowa Huta, spårvagnarna låg nära och till Krakow tog det ca 10 minuter. Hotellet hade väldigt vackra rum, utmärkt städat, väldigt vackra badrum. Frukosten var också utmärkt, väldigt mycket att välja på och fräscht. Rekommenderar starkt. "

Anticipate a small room with reliable hot water and good pressure, working elevators, and an attentive bar and kitchen staff who should probably be running the front desk. Over the years, I'd say this is one of my favorite London stays. "Quiet peripheral location easy to get to airport/centre from my public transport. Breakfast was such a remarkable fresh offering. There are supermarkets near by and a direct train from the airport is 800m away. Alternatively you can get 2 buses to the airport from a stop 300m away round the corner. The hotel is air conditioned and has a small gym. Staff are professional and helpful."
