"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."

"Had an amazing time staying on the Penthouse level of the hotel. Front desk staff Sony was very helpful and kept our bags well stored while we enjoyed dinner last night. Everything was great!"

The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."

"My stay at Sosuite at The Loxley in Old City Philadelphia was overall a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, there was some miscommunication regarding my room. I intentionally arrived at the designated check-in time of 4:00 PM, only to find that my apartment had not yet been prepared. "Lobby bar is a scene. The drinks are decent. The pool room is fun. The Urban Room bartenders make good drinks, but the food / menu is a bit overrated and overpriced. Rooms are standard no complaints."
