"The property is very clean and welcoming, big Suprised was the receptionist didn’t speak English , none of the individuals spoke English in the hotel , first glance walking into my room was that it’s pretty clean but just bare concrete no tile anywhere. The AC worked great . My biggest issue was the noise at night . Music so loud it sounded like you were next to a club till 5:00 am on Saturday night . Sunday lasted till 2:00am. "They are amazing. All the stuff is super friendly. The Breakfast is just out of this world. Don’t lose your time. Going to another restaurant to have breakfast. Just stay right there. That’s my advice Breakfast around Cartagena not good. There is a couple of things regarding the room. don’t take me wrong. The room is just beautiful and super clean but they give you just two towels. There is no iron in the room and no hairdryer but you can always request for and they will get it to you and within two minutes. I guess that’s their policy oh one more thing the location is just perfect is close to every little thing."

"I absolutely loved this hotel and the location that it was in. Literally right across from the beach. It was within walkable distance from everything I wanted to do while I was there and the staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was divine and included which was a wonderful start to our mornings. I didn’t have time to see the roof top as I was only there for 2 nights and had lots to do but I’m sure it was beautiful up there as well. I had an ocean view room which allowed my partner and I to enjoy the sunsets overlooking the water in the evenings which was breathtaking. The entire room and bathroom was clean and modernized and so spacious. I also loved the lobby areas and hallways, they had outdoor parts from within the hotel so you didn’t feel trapped inside. Only critiques I would make is that the pool was out of order at the time of my stay. And the grounds on the outside of the hotel could be kept a bit more cleaner but honestly I feel it adds to the charm of the hotel. Also, I returned to the hotel around 12 or 1 in the morning and noticed there was no guard on duty at the time and I was able to just walk right into the hotel. This was a bit of a security concern to me because no one asked any questions and I was able to go right up to my room. There was no key card needed to access the entrance. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again. It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world."

"Mi experiencia fue muy buena, Coraima en el Front Desk, Muy respetuosa, amable, educada, me explico todo lo relacionado al hospedaje y aclaro algunas preguntas que tenia. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, y cerca de la Plaza del Reloj (punto de encuentro para la mayoria de los tours)cuenta con un Roof top que ofrece: muy buena comida y tragos a buen precio. Tambien se puede aprovechar de una buena vista del casco historico."

"Booked and paid for deluxe suite with city view, to only be downgraded to junior suite with no windows without telling me! Also shower very dangerous, not all water goes gown drain so when you step into shower it’s like stepping on ice. It’s all about the location, very good only a few hundred metres from the clock tower. Also have a very small pool on ground floor for those hot days."

"I personally would never come back here. We found a roach in the room, the room was dirty, there was no fridge or kitchen area at all. AC didn't work that well, toilet smelt. Shower flooded if water was running on "high pressure." Staff extremely unhelpful waited an entire 1.5 to get into reserved room. No seating, and light is bright white."
