"We had a great stay at Acacia. The location was very central and walkable to shops, dinner, the Charles Darwin Center, and a couple of beaches. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful, plus a delicious fresh breakfast daily. So glad we planned a couple of days in Puerto Ayora - there are sea lions, tortoises, and marine iguanas all over the place and we spent a lovely day at Tortuga Bay (thanks to recommendation from Acacia staff). "Friendly staff, very nice service, clean room, different fresh made breakfast every day. Hotel itself was very good and worth the stay even though it was in a bit of outskirt of the main town. For VIP access we meant to receive free airport transfer and room upgrade if available but didn’t receive it. Hotels.com displayed incorrect information and the hotel itself couldn’t assist with that. "

"We loved our stay there, near many attractions that you can easily walk to or take the taxi for ~$2 dollars to the Darwin Research Station/Pier or more if further away, staff were friendly & accommodating. Breakfasts was delicious & our rooms were newly renovated (you can ask if are available). "Victor was a great host. He helped set up some really great activities during my stay and gave me great tips. It is only 2 blocks away from the town center which makes it very convenient and away from the hustle of things to have a quiet nights sleep. The WiFi works well in the common space and there is purified water provided. It is a very charming accommodation that is very eco friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again!"
