"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!
Staff were pleasant though and did their job. "

"I had a pleasant stay at the Wekopa. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the room was spacious. The breakfast at the WKP sports bar was fantastic, they offer Starbucks coffee.most of the staff were very friendly. Nice place to stay. Only 20-25 min from the Phoenix airport. "

"The room was clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices, my daughter loved the pancakes and cinnamon rolls. My only complaint was the bigger of the two elevators shook and made noise that freaked me out lol. Otherwise everything was great! "

"The property assure me a refund
I arrived to the property at 12:30. I did call ahead of time after my flight was delayed from Charlotte advising of my approximate time of arrival; there was no concern raised.
Upon arrival, I took note that we were waiting very long while the front desk kept running back and forth from the desk to room as he check on something.
He seemed very nervous as he made text by phone awaiting a response. This caused an accumulation of customers behind us in line, not...

"Stayed them when we had problems with our house. It’s an interesting property in a questionable neighborhood but it is gated fo safety.
The room was nice, well equipped and big! It had a combo washer/dryer that spun so fast it scared me it was gonna blast off!
The bed was comfortable. Everything was new.
We enjoyed our stay there despite the area being sketchy. "
