"They lost my reservation information, so I had to both text and email my Expedia booking twice. There was a system error the day before I was supposed to be there . They did not send me the code or check in information until a half hour before I arrived; I had to call several times. When I did get in the room, no one had cleaned it. "Good location"

"The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice."
