"Didn’t see any staff but facilities were great "

"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat! There’s only 2 things I’ll say though: the apartment was very clean, but my bathroom had some really gross paint chipping & pink mold like substance over the shower head.
