"I always need this property and I love it! It is close to primary Children’s Hospital, it is clean, and the customer service is amazing. Of positive note it is going through a renovation, but even pre-renovation it was a nice property. If you are staying at the hospital, be sure to let the staff know that way they don’t charge you for parking."

"My stay was good overall, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that complimentary coffee was not available in the lobby throughout the day. Additionally, the dryer in the guest laundry area did not fully dry my clothes, even after a complete cycle, and some items were still wet. Addressing these issues would improve the overall guest experience."

"The building is nice (historic property), and the decor was playful and well done. The food was good, and the staff were very helpful. The recommendations I have are to change the carpet and install some kind of scent ambience, because the age of the building shows a bit."

"No carpet in the room is always a plus for me! We stayed in a king room and were pleasantly surprised by the flooring instead of carpet. The room seemed to have some renovations and it was clean. I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a combo shower/bath but the stay was still enjoyable and we would stay there again."
